About
Luca Purpura is a Tax Director in the Transfer pricing group within the Tax department. He works in the Milan office.

He gained a notable experience in advising clients on transfer pricing matters, value chain transformation, permanent establishment, transfer pricing disputes and Patent Box procedures.

He deals, for domestic and multinational groups operating in different industrial sectors, with the preparation of TP Documentation, industrial and financial benchmark analyses, preparation and validation of transfer pricing policies, assistance in tax audits and settlement procedures, preparation of defence memoranda in pre-litigation and litigation phases, assistance in Patent Box, MAP and APA procedures, preparation of memoranda on issues concerning the profit attribution to permanent establishments as well as on corporate restructuring operations aimed at optimizing transfer pricing policies.
