DLA Piper Luxembourg SARL is registered with the l’Ordre des Avocats du Barreau de Luxembourg ("the Luxembourg Bar"). The lawyers in our Luxembourg office are admitted in Luxembourg to practice as Avocat à la Cour/Rechtsanwalt and are members of the Luxembourg Bar.

The word "partner" is used to refer to a director of DLA Piper Luxembourg SARL, or an employee or consultant with equivalent standing and qualifications, and to a partner, member, director, employee or consultant in another DLA Piper practising entity who has equivalent standing.

Our professional indemnity insurer is Travelers Insurance Company Limited whose address is Exchequer Court, 33 St Mary Axe, London EC3A 8AG. This insurance covers our practices in the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, Australia, Africa and Asia and extends to acts and omissions wherever they occur in the world.

In certain jurisdictions professional indemnity insurance is required to be placed locally in accordance with statute or regulation. Where there are such requirements we have policies in place to meet these obligations, details of which can be supplied on request. Please contact us.
