DLA Piper advise BPP on move to new London HQ at Portsoken Street in largest City of London office deal of December 2021

DLA Piper has advised the global education company, BPP Holdings Limited, on its relocation from its existing London Wall site to new premises at One Portsoken Street, London E1.

The premises, being leased from Alfred Equities, covers over 80,000 sq. ft. over the ground to third floors and will be BPP’s central London Headquarters. The building will also accommodate the substantial growth of the BPP School of Business and delivery of its Profession Education (PQ) programmes. The new building is within easy reach and access of London's financial sector being closely located to Aldgate and Tower Hill tube stations.

DLA Piper’s Real Estate team was led by partner Paul Jayson and legal director Isaac Bordon, supported by partner Peter Lowe and legal director Lynne Auchterlonie. Partner Richard Woolich advised on Tax matters.
