Erica Appelman

Erica Appelman is an associate in the Finance Department and the Investment Management & Real Estate Capital Markets Practice Group resident in DLA’s New York office. Ms. Appelman represents clients in a broad range of corporate and securities transactions, including the structuring and offering of private equity funds and other alternative investment products. She advises sponsors on all aspects of fund formation, investor negotiations, investment management, regulatory compliance, structuring, fundraising and ongoing operations of a wide range of funds.
