David Booth has a broad range of experience in a wide variety of commercial contracts.

David's experience includes complex supply, distribution and manufacturing agreements, IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, technology licensing, development and maintenance agreements, franchise and distribution agreements, analysis of risk issues having regard to sector best practice and creating standard documents.

David's broader experience includes providing support in relation to a wide number of UK, US, European and Asian companies on public and private transactions and large public sector outsourcings.


David's experience covers a number industry sectors including manufacturing, distribution, food and drink, chemicals, transport, financial services and sport and leisure.

  • Molson Coors (working alongside senior representatives of Molson Coors from the United Kingdom and Europe) on the sale of Molson Coors' maltings business in United Kingdom following a competitive tender process to the Soufflet Group. The deal involved the drafting and negotiation of a complex long-term exclusive supply agreement in respect of the supply of white malt to Molson Coors, for Molson Coors' requirements for white malt in the manufacture of Molson Coors products in the United Kingdom.
  • Adams Foods, one of the United Kingdom's leading suppliers of cheese, on its strategic partnership and long term supply agreement with the largest British farmer-owned dairy co-operative, First Milk. The new partnership enabled the establishment of a fully integrated United Kingdom supply chain for hard cheese across the retail, foodservice and wholesale sectors.
  • Andrew Industries Limited in relation to the creation of eight supply agreements. The new supply agreements enabled Andrew Industries and members of the Andrew Industries Limited group to continue to receive a supply of bespoke products integral to the operation of the business.
  • Molson Coors on the sale of Molson Coors' stake in Tradeteam, the United Kingdom drinks logistics business, to its joint venture partner, global logistics firm DHL Supply Chain and the negotiation of long term primary and secondary distribution agreements in respect of the supply of Molson's products to the on-trade and off-trade and retail operators within the United Kingdom and the operation by Tradeteam of a national distribution centre on behalf of Molson.
  • UPS on a continuing basis with regards a variety of commercial contracts.
  • Intelligent Energy on their aggressive programme of product launches and collaborative joint ventures, focusing in particular on emerging markets as well as their day-to-day legal requirements.
