Finlay Campbell is an experienced real estate investment and development lawyer with a broad practice across the UK and Europe. He acts on the acquisition, development, management, financing and disposal of properties which span the PBSA, BTR, residential, healthcare, retail, leisure, office, transport, industrial and alternative market sectors.

Finlay advises national and international property investment companies, private funds, local authority pension funds, alternative lenders, healthcare providers, developers and a variety of national and international corporate occupiers, retailers and leisure operators.

  • Acting for Dalglen Investment Group on the acquisition of Kingston Industrial Estate, EE's 62,000sq ft call centre in Greenock and a 117,000sq ft BPI plc industrial facility.
  • Acting for global investment group Triple B on the acquisition of office investment 7 Birchin Lane in London's financial district.
  • Acting for The Bank of New York Mellon on the investment acquisition of prime Apex, Condor Glen, Eurocentral, let to Stapleton’s.
  • Acting for investment group Triple B on their acquisition of the Omni Centre, Edinburgh. This was the largest leisure transaction in the UK since 2019.
  • Advising Schroders Real Estate and Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council as administering authority for Greater Manchester Pension Fund on the purchase of a 120-bed PBSA investment in Edinburgh.
  • Acting for Panther Securities plc on their 2024 refinance.
  • Advising Wesleyan Assurance on the acquisition of prime industrial facility 51 McNeil Drive, Eurocentral, let to Biffa.
  • Advising MGTS St John's High Income Fund on the investment acquisition of prime industrial premises at Eurocentral.
  • Representing an institutional fund on Scotland’s largest office deal of 2022. The deal was a shortlisted Deal of the Year finalist at the 2023 Scottish Property Awards and was the largest office deal outside of London in 2022.
