Kelvin specializes in complex and high-value transactions and has experience in advising international and local corporates, financial institutions, private equity firms and family offices on a variety of transactions, with a focus on cross-border and local M&A, venture capital, private equity and joint ventures. 

Kelvin’s practice primarily focuses on Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and having relocated to the region in 2023 from South Africa, he brings a wealth of international experience and a nuanced understanding of diverse legal landscapes to our corporate practice.

His work spans across a broad range of sectors including energy resources, infrastructure, education, oil and gas, technology and health care.

In addition to transactional work, Kelvin provides ongoing corporate advice to listed and non-listed entities, ensuring that clients navigate the complexities of corporate governance and regulatory compliance with confidence.

  • Advising Gulf Investment Corporation on the sale of the entire issued share capital of Bitumat, an entity operating in the petrochemicals space in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.*

  • Advising an investment house on its investment into a Nigerian telecoms group by way of a subscription for common and preferred shares.*
