  • Acting for the creditors of Ahmad Hamad Al Gosaibi & Brothers in relation to the establishment of a SAR 2.4 billion real estate fund.
  • Acting for a major Saudi company in its negotiations with numerous creditors and hedge providers in respect of the IBOR transition of legacy loans (approx. value USD 10 billion) and associated derivatives contracts.
  • Advising the lenders on the financing of Taiba-1, Qassim-1, Taiba-2, and Qassim-2 CCGT IPP projects. Named Power & Transmission Deal of the Year (IJGlobal Awards 2024).
  • Advising the lenders on the PIF Round 4 Solar PV IPPs financing, recognized as Energy Transition Deal of the Year, Renewable Deal of the Year – Solar, and Sustainability-Linked Loan (IJGlobal Awards 2024).
  • Assisting one of the biggest banks in the Middle East to establish a branch in Saudi Arabia and obtain a banking license from the Saudi Central Bank.
  • Assisting major multinational investment management and financial services companies to establish presence in Saudi Arabia and obtain licenses from the Capital Market Authority.
  • Acting for foreign financial institutions in their acquisition of licensed capital market institutions in KSA.
  • Advising global financial institutions in connection with their entry into securities lending transactions involving equities listed on the Saudi Exchange, and negotiating GMSLA and required supporting documentation on behalf of such institutions.
