Becca Xu

Becca Xu focuses her practice in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation within the U.S. She advises public and private companies, as well as private equity firms, on a full range of employee benefits and executive compensation issues, including as benefits counsel in various corporate transactions. 

She also has experience advising clients on the design, drafting and operation of compensation and benefits arrangements, including the various tax and securities law concerns related to compensation and benefit plans.
