• Crehana, a learning management company, in its acquisition of Wormhole, an Argentine company that leads the development of technological solutions in the region;
• Avenga, an IT services provider and digital transformation company focused on digitalization across many industries and markets supporting double-digit growth in the cross border acquisition of Incluit, an Argentine SaaS company;
• Folcode, a boutique digital engineering services company based in San Juan, Argentina, in the sale of 100% of its shares to Emtec Inc., a leading Bridgenext company focused on digital consulting services, specializing in technology, data and creative marketing solutions;
• Globant, a digitally native company focused on reinventing businesses through innovative technology solutions, in the acquisition of a majority stake in GUT, an independent creative agency.
• Accenture, in its acquisition of the Flo Group, a European consulting firm and Oracle business partner specializing in global supply chain logistics;
• Clearhaven Partners, a private equity, and its portfolio company Engageware, in the Acquisition of Aivo, a globally recognized leader and innovator in conversational and generative AI technology;
• CIVC Partners, a private equity firm focused on middle market buyout, recapitalization, and growth equity investments, and its portfolio company Allata, a strategy, architecture and enterprise-level application development company focused on helping clients enhance or scale business opportunities; on the cross-border acquisition of 3XM Group, a company that develops quality software solutions, particularly Cloud Computing, Security, Software Product Dev, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI, and Data Analytics;
• Advent International, one of the largest global private equity investors, in its acquisition of a minority stake in Tigre Group, a Brazilian construction materials manufacturer with plants in Argentina and other countries, and of a majority stake in CEMEX’s shares, a tech consultancy and digital transformation service.
• Bank Itaú, the largest private bank in Latin America, in its acquisition of a stake in Prex and Paigo, two fintechs.
