Conor has extensive international experience advising on all aspects of corporate law including public and private M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate restructurings, corporate governance and commercial advisory work. Conor advises clients across a range of industry sectors including technology, pharma/healthcare and energy.
Conor previously acted as UK and EMEA legal counsel at Jonas Software, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., a serial acquirer of vertical market software businesses. He led over 20 technology company acquisitions across the UK, Europe and Latin America while providing legal counsel to an international portfolio of software businesses.
Prior to Jonas Software, Conor worked with a top Irish corporate law firm.
