Ryan Cullen is a Corporate lawyer with a broad range of experience advising clients on private mergers and acquisitions, international group reorganisations projects, and equity capital markets transactions.

He regularly advises clients across a range of sectors, including the Technology, Industrials, Life Sciences and Energy & Natural Resources sectors. Ryan's experience includes helping businesses undertake group rationalisation projects, demergers and spin-outs, and pre-acquisition reorganisations. He has also assisted buyers and sellers in both bilateral sales and competitive auctions, and has helped public companies be admitted to trading on AIM.

In particular, Ryan has a keen interest in the Technology sector and is part of DLA Piper's Space group. He is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
