  • Member of a team representing a group of shareholders in a multi-million-dollar corporate shareholder dispute seeking, inter alia, relief under the oppression remedy in Ontario, Canada.
  • External counsel to a financial institution based in Toronto, Ontario relating to its litigation matters.
  • Successfully represented a software development company in a precedent setting appeal in Ontario, Canada. The case involved the extension of time to commence a judicial review proceeding arising from governmental decisions.
  • Member of a team representing a subcontractor in an Abu Dhabi-seated international arbitration involving delay and defect claims arising from the construction of a Coke Calcining Plant.
