Helping you maximize net operating income from your assets

With real estate continuing to provide a stable long term investment, we help owners and property managers maximize returns through portfolio scale leasing and asset management, supporting ongoing, high volume leasing activity across diversified assets while maintaining legal protections. Our global team combines real time market insight drawn from active leasing across portfolios, deep commercial real estate experience, and local knowledge to help clients make the most of their assets.

The value of your portfolio can be enhanced by working with lawyers who understand not only the legal issues involved, but also the operational realities and evolving priorities of managing assets across an entire portfolio, including changing tenant needs, market conditions, and investment objectives.

We help clients maximize asset value and building occupancy by delivering consistent, high‑quality lease execution across portfolios, completing leases, renewals, amendments, terminations, and re‑tenanting efficiently, protectively, and within the framework of market expectations. Landlord and tenant clients benefit from our deep understanding of leasing nuances, local market dynamics, and the patterns and benchmarks that emerge from active leasing across multiple assets and markets.

Our services include drafting and negotiating leases, advising on sustainability issues and green clauses, and handling all ancillary documentation including amendments, parking agreements, lender subordination agreements, and subleases as part of both individual asset strategies and broader portfolio leasing programs. We help you to create more profitable portfolios.

We also advise on construction contracts, architectural agreements, management agreements, lease disputes including litigation, and all other lease-related transactions. When needed, we also mediate disputes over operating costs, repair and maintenance, and proceedings related to the extension, renewal, and termination of lease agreements.

Sophisticated technologies and procedures are used to assign, track, supervise, and monitor high volumes of leasing matters across portfolios, enabling consistent quality, faster decision‑making, and improved visibility into leasing activity for owners and asset managers operating across multiple properties and markets.

We also share individual experiences and best practices across the firm through an extensive curriculum and seminars, allowing insights gained from leasing activity across portfolios, asset classes, and markets to inform client advice, strategy, and execution.

Our leasing and asset management team is supported by multidisciplinary practices around the world in related areas such as securities, bankruptcy, tax and corporate law, construction, environmental, and litigation. This enables a full-service approach with continuity across borders.
