DLA Piper advises Shell on the acquisition of a 2GW PV portfolio in Spain

DLA Piper advised Shell New Energies Holding Europe B.V. on the acquisition of a platform of ten solar photovoltaic projects from Green Tie Capital in Spain to generate approx. 2 GW of power.

The DLA Piper team advising on the transaction was led by José María Gil-Robles, Head and partner of Corporate M&A, together with Marta Vizcaíno, Of counsel, Héctor Gómez, Senior associate, and Ana Izquierdo, associate in Corporate respectively. Carlos Daza, senior associate, advised on the Regulatory aspects of the transaction.
