Milagros Malen Gaido is a lawyer who graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires Law School in mid-2020. She currently works in the Business Law and Corporate Department, where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions, the financing of public and private companies, banking transactions, and general corporate counsel for both local and foreign clients operating in Argentina.

Milagros is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association. She has completed specialized programs in Mergers & Acquisitions at Torcuato Di Tella University and in Environmental Law at the University of Buenos Aires. She joined our law firm as a paralegal in 2017 during the early years of her legal studies and now serves as a senior associate.

In December 2024, Milagros earned her LL.M. in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School – York University (Toronto, Canada), graduating with honors. Her studies were focused on international transactions and investment law in the energy sector.

  • Counsel to Galileo Technologies Corporation in connection with a USD 75,000,000 loan agreement. 
  • She has also participated in notable M&As as council of International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) in the divestiture of its Microbial Control business unit to LANXESS, including the transfer of ownerships in Argentine entities and the transfer of assets and employees.  
  • She provided advise to the Itau Bank on the acquisition of fintech Uruguayan companies.
