Prior Experience

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Maricruz was part of the legal team of a company with significant interaction with the public sector, where she advised on public procurement and was involved in selection processes and contract execution. She later joined the contractual team of a large-scale infrastructure project in La Libertad under an NEC 3 contract, participating in contract management, risk assessment and dispute support.
