Yara practices in the area of litigation, with particular focus on commercial disputes. She has energy, infrastructure, project and asset finance and refinance experience in addition to experience in mergers and acquisitions in the US as well as in international transactions. She also has litigation experience before the courts in Lebanon in addition to corporate and commercial experience in Lebanon.

  • Advising a US investor fund in its acquisition of membership interests in two wind farms in the US.*
  • Advising a US investor fund in the US in connection with its ongoing acquisition of membership interests in a portfolio of five solar projects.*
  • Advising a major oil and gas client in the Middle East on multiple confidential matters.
  • Advising an investor in connection with its project in constructing and operating an anaerobic digestion biogas facility in the US.*
  • Advising lenders in connection with USD250m senior secured term loan to a leading provider of hydraulic fracturing services and technology.*
