Garanique Williams is a litigation attorney who guides clients through all phases of complex disputes, focusing on strategies that advance their business goals.  Her practice spans product liability and commercial litigation.  She has supported companies in high-stakes investigations by Homeland Security Investigations and is known for helping clients navigate multifaceted legal challenges to achieve successful outcomes. Garanique has played a key role in defending large-scale product liability cases involving contraceptive devices and insulin pens and has assisted with employment matters such as the review of separation agreements.

  • Supported the product liability team in matters involving various contraceptive devices
  • Conducted in-depth research on laws and regulations governing vehicle modifications, analyzing the legal implications for distributors and end users, and advising on compliance strategies to mitigate risk

  • Represented and successfully obtained asylum for immigration clients and assisted others with T visa applications and other forms of relief
  • Conducted comparative legal research on protections for indigenous groups, including land, property, and language preservation, and researched coming-of-age ceremonies in indigenous communities to support organizations addressing period poverty
