  • Advised a PRC bank’s offshore units on a USD 80 m equivalent term loan to a Hong Kong–listed PRC real estate group with 30 obligors under a cross‑border structure.
  • Advised receivers appointed pursuant to security documents on a cross‑border receivership sale involving the disposal of shares in German entities engaged in metal recycling, scrap processing and related industrial activities.
