  • Advising MidEuropa on the acquisition of a majority stake in MBL Group, a leading European contract development and manufacturing organisation for assisted mobility.
  • Advising Management on the disposal of Rimes to Five Arrows, the private equity arm of Rothschild & Co.
  • Advising The Carlyle Group on its disposal of Livingstone Technologies.
  • Advising Heineken UK on: (i) its acquisition of shares in Beavertown Brewery; and (ii) its investment in Served Drinks.
  • Advising Redical on the GBP120m acquisition of the Victoria Gate and Victoria Quarter shopping centres located in Leeds from Hammerson Plc.
  • Advising Shareholders on the USD300m sale of Hindawi Limited, a leading publisher of Open Access journals, to John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
  • Advising Management on the disposal of a leading European pharmaceutical company focusing on the treatment of central nervous disorders (reported to be the biggest European pharma deal of 2020).
  • Advising Management on the EUR3.2bn disposal of IFS to a new EQT Fund.
  • Advising LDC on the acquisition of Ashtons Hospital Pharmacy Services Limited.
  • Advising Michelin on the sale of Bookatable, the restaurant reservation platform, to TripAdvisor’s TheFork.
  • Advising The 2 Sisters Food Group on the carve‑out disposals of its red meat processing business to Kepak Group and its fresh‑filled sandwich production business to Samworth Brothers.
