Martha specialises in dispute resolution across the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors. She advises employers, contractors, project companies and public bodies on complex and high value disputes, providing commercially focussed, strategic advice on contract interpretation, risk management and dispute avoidance.

She has acted on a wide range of contentious matters, including major infrastructure disputes, PFI related defects claims, fire safety issues, design and workmanship disputes, and cross border energy arbitrations. Her experience spans litigation, adjudication and international arbitration, as well as proactive operational support on live projects.
