Taryn is an Associate in DLA Piper’s Leveraged Finance Practice. She regularly represents corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and commercial lenders in a wide range of debt financing transactions, including private equity acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, debt restructurings, working capital facilities, and financings of cross-border M&A transactions.
