- Complex litigation: Acted for an Istanbul-based gold and currency trader, effectively representing a family office operating in the Grand Bazaar, in a two-year dispute with a UK-based trading platform involving complex cross-border issues.
- Payments regulation: Advising multiple clients in the payment services sector on regulatory frameworks for offering payment products and services in the Turkish market.
- Energy projects: Assisted Aksa Enerji with the development, construction, financing, and operations of power plants across key African jurisdictions.
- Satellite communications: Represented a Turkish satellite communications company in a dispute with its UK-based joint venture partner relating to aircraft connectivity services.
- M&A transactions: Advised Çalık Holding on the sale of 87.27% of the shares in ALBtelecom to 4iG, a leading Hungarian technology and telecommunications company.
- Civil and criminal law: Advising the owners of an established medical devices manufacturing company in Türkiye, with subsidiaries in Italy and other jurisdictions, in a complex USD60 million fraud complaint and corporate dispute against a former Turkish manager.
- Capital markets: Advising Tera Yatirim Menkul Degerler A.S. on its inaugural issuance of USD 30 million Eurobonds due 2027 listed on the MTF of the Vienna Stock Exchange and subsequent tap issue in an amount of USD 5 million.
