  • Advised a family shareholder group on the sale of a majority stake in a leading hydraulic infrastructure company to a consortium of private equity investors.
  • Advised Julphar, a leading Middle Eastern pharmaceutical company, on its potential acquisition of Servier Maroc through a competitive auction process.
  • Advising T2S Group on the structuring and implementation of a Pre-IPO management package.
  • Advising AfricInvest, a private equity firm, on its debt and equity investment into fintech company Vantage Payment Systems (VPS).
  • Advising Helios Investment Partners, a leading Africa-focused private investment firm, on the acquisition of Maroc Datacentre (MDC), Munisys and Medasys, creating 3MDC, a new digital infrastructure platform. The acquisition in collaboration with Fipar-Holding, a subsidiary of private equity firm, CDG Invest, aims to accelerate Morocco’s digital transformation and strengthen its position as a regional technology hub.
  • Advising the Sefrioui Group, one of Morocco's leading conglomerates, on the acquisition of Afric-Phar, a leading Moroccan pharmaceutical company.
  • Advising the Tazi family (Sothema's shareholders) in the sale of Farmalac a Moroccan pharmaceutical distributor to Dislog Group.
  • Advising T2S in the transfer of its Varian maintenance business to Siemens. T2S is the largest company in the distribution of medical devices in Morocco.
  • Advising Development Partners International and its funds, ADP II HOLDING 2 S.À R.L in the sale of its minority shareholding in KMR Holding Pedagogique to MK Education.
  • Advising the shareholders of STAM in the sale of a majority of the share capital of STAM to TGCC, listed Moroccan construction giant.
  • Advising on the acquisition by Azelis, a leading global innovation service provider in the specialty chemicals and food ingredients industry, of 100% of the share capital of the Chemical Partners group.
  • Advising AMDL in its joint venture with MedZ, leader in Morocco in developing and managing industrial and business parks, for the creation of logistic areas in Morocco – driven by the Ministry of transport.
