Federico Passamonti is a Counsel in the Real Estate department advising national and international clients, including investment funds and asset management companies, in the real estate, M&A and private equity sectors. He supports clients on domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions, often involving complex deal structures.
His work includes real estate acquisitions and disposals (asset and share deals), development and investment transactions, as well as the negotiation of commercial agreements. He also advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.
Prior to joining DLA Piper in 2026, he worked at leading national and international law firms, gaining experience on cross-border transactions in the real estate and corporate sectors.
