DLA Piper advises Quantum-Si in pricing of US$50 million of common stock

DLA Piper advised Quantum-Si Incorporated, a biotechnology company focused on the growing field of proteomics, in the pricing of US$50 million registered direct offering of common stock.

Quantum-Si entered into an agreement with a single institutional investor for the purchase and sale of 29,940,119 shares of common stock (and common stock equivalents) at a purchase price of US$1.67 per share. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
