DLA Piper advises SecurityHQ Group on investment from Growth Capital Partners

Global law firm DLA Piper advised a leading global Managed Security Service provider, SecurityHQ on a minority investment by private equity firm, Growth Capital Partners.

SecurityHQ, provides a range of security and risk management solutions across the UK, India, UAE, US, South Africa and Australia, and will use the funds to further its innovative suite of solutions and expand its global reach.

The DLA Piper team was led by Jonathan Watkins, Head of Corporate, UK with legal director Jonathan Paines, associate Nikiana Lambert and trainee solicitor, Anna Seferta (all Corporate), along with a wider team from across the firm's global offices.
