  • Advising telecom clients in regulatory matters related to telecommunications and intellectual property.
  • Advised a leading global provider of biometrics hardware and software for air travel, border control and ID management applications on its sale for an enterprise value of approximately EUR320m.
  • Advised an international semiconductor distributor company on the acquisition of a company incorporated under the laws of Portugal.
  • Advised an international producer of luxury spirits beverages on anti-counterfeiting actions across different jurisdictions.
