Scott Scharf focuses his practice on helping emerging growth, technology-based companies navigate a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including strategic advice on corporate formation, general corporate governance, convertible debt, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Scott works with companies across a wide range of industries, including aerospace and defense, clean technology, e-commerce, education and healthcare.

Scott also regularly represents venture capital clients as outside counsel during portfolio company investments.
