DLA Piper expands its international Tax capabilities with addition of Steven Davis
DLA Piper is pleased to welcome Steven Davis as a Partner in the firm’s Tax practice, further enhancing the firm’s international tax capabilities at the intersection of global structuring, supply chain strategy, intangibles planning, and transfer pricing. He will be based in the firm’s New York office.
Davis advises multinational clients on US federal income tax and international tax planning strategies, with a focus on integrating business and tax planning in operating model and supply chain transformations (including digital supply chains), empowering business leaders to make more effective after-tax decisions. His experience also includes developing tax-efficient transition strategies for supply chain and business changes.
His multi-jurisdictional, cross-border practice spans corporate, trade and customs, incentives, employment, regulatory, and intellectual property matters for clients in technology, industrials, energy, chemicals, consumer products, financial services, fintech, life sciences, and digital sectors.
“Steven’s arrival deepens our ability to guide clients through some of the most complex global tax and operational challenges,” said Alison Maxwell, US Chair of the firm’s Tax practice. “His strategic insight and hands-on experience will be an immediate asset to clients seeking practical, business-aligned solutions.”
