• Advising Berlin Packaging France in the context of its acquisition of Disco, a French company specialized in the design, manufacture and distribution of glass bottles in the premium spirits industry.
• Advising Daher Technologies in the context of the sale of Daher Valves, a French strategic supplier to the nuclear industry with a recognized expertise in the design and manufacture of high-performance valves, to Framatome and Technicatome.
• Advising Daher Technologies in the context of the sale of Daher Nuclear Technologies, specialised in radioactive waste treatment and logistics, to Veolia Nuclear Solutions.
• Advising a leading mobility sector player in connection with the investment of Credit Agricole Lease & Factoring in the share capital of Watea, a subsidiary of Michelin offering tailor-made electric mobility solutions for professional vehicle fleets.
• Advising XTC New Energy Materials Europe GmbH in relation to its joint venture project with Orano CAM and Orano PCAM.
• Advising Vodacom in relation to its joint venture project with Orange to build, own, and operate solar-powered mobile base stations in underserved areas of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
• Advising GoHenry Limited, a London-based fintech specializing in financial services for children, on its acquisition by US saving and investment company Acorns.
