  • Liverpool Football Club on its retail leases at Swords Pavilions and Ilac in Dublin.
  • The purchasers on the real estate aspects of the investment in the Press Up Group’s hospitality business consisting of a portfolio of eight boutique hotels in Ireland.
  • Notion Labs on the leasing of its office in Dublin 4.

Prior Experience

  • Prior to joining DLA Piper, Joseph trained and worked in a large Irish law firm, where he gained experience in a variety of commercial and residential real estate matters, a number of renewable energy projects, and a series of construction matters.
