Matteo Marchi is an attorney in the Public Procurement team within the Litigation & Regulatory Department. He works in the Milan office.
He is specialized in administrative law, with a particular focus on public procurement and public-private partnership (PPP) projects across several sectors, including, inter alia, Life Sciences & Healthcare, IT, and infrastructure.
Matteo advises domestic and international clients on public tender procedures for the award of supplies, services, and works, assisting them at every stage of the process, including the performance phase of public contracts. He also represents clients in litigation before the competent administrative authorities.
Matteo also provides ongoing administrative law advice, drafting legal opinions and contract templates, and offering continuous support in a constantly evolving regulatory framework.
Before joining DLA Piper in 2025, Matteo worked with a leading Italian law firm.
