Alicja Wolny

Alicja focuses on industrial property, copyright and unfair competition law. She drafts pleadings and motions and represents clients in proceedings before courts and intellectual property authorities such as the World Intellectual Property Organisation, the European Union Intellectual Property Office and the Polish Patent Office. She advises clients on comprehensive brand protection strategies and also participates in IP due diligence reviews.
