DLA Piper’s Steven Phillips, Tony Samp and Nat Bell named to The Hill’s 2022 Top Lobbyists list

DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Steven Phillips, Tony Samp and Nat Bell – members of the firm’s Federal Law and Policy group within the Regulatory and Government Affairs practice – have been named to The Hill's 2022 Top Lobbyists list recognizing those who “leveraged their expertise and connections to make a difference in the nation’s capital this year.”

Phillips is a partner who focuses his practice on the representation of corporations and foreign governments before Congress and federal agencies, with a concentration on defense, technology, appropriations, Congressional investigations and health care issues.

Samp is a senior policy advisor who represents clients before Congress and federal agencies on issues related to artificial intelligence, national security, space and emerging technology, with a concentration on congressional strategies and appropriations.

Bell is a senior policy advisor, representing private companies, universities and other stakeholders within the annual the federal appropriations and National Defense Authorization Act processes. Bell has a proven track record leading some of the firm’s largest and most longstanding federal lobbying clients.
