Staying ahead of the new AI Act

We are delighted to invite you to a special event aimed at providing you with practical tips to assist you with the legal issues around the use of Artificial Intelligence within organisations. We will also provide you with some tools to help you navigate the new AI Act.

The time is exactly right for this event, given that early adopters have brought to light the typical issues that need to be taken into account and the AI Act is currently undergoing "trilogue" negotiations between the European Parliament, Council and Commission.

During this event, DLA Piper experts from different practice groups will try to look beyond the buzz and discuss how you can practically approach the challenges AI represents in your organisation. We will mainly be looking at the legal challenges of implementing AI, including legal attention points such as contracting AI, intellectual property concerns, privacy issues and some ethical/employment considerations.
