DLA Piper advises Heidelberger Druckmaschinen / Amperfied on investment in Flotteladen

DLA Piper has advised Amperfied GmbH on their investment in Flotteladen GmbH. Amperfied acquired 25.1% of the shares in Flotteladen by ways of a capital increase. In the future, Flotteladen will provide development services to Amperfied.

 

Amperfied is a company of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg), in which Heidelberg bundles its e-mobility business. The company develops, produces, and sells the Heidelberg Wallbox. Flotteladen, based in Allensbach, Germany, develops and produces intelligent, centrally controlled charging solutions for electric vehicles.

 

DLA Piper has provided comprehensive legal advice to Heidelberg in the context of its transformation since 2020 and continues to advise Heidelberg on all legal aspects of aligning its portfolio with its core growth areas under the leadership of partners Dr Benjamin Parameswaran and Dr Henriette Norda.

 

The DLA Piper team for this transaction was led by partner Dr Benjamin Parameswaran and counsel Dr Isaschar Nicolaysen, and included senior associate Jan Schürmann (all Corporate/M&A, Hamburg) in the core team.
