DLA Piper Welcomes Back Equity Capital Markets and M&A Special Counsel Rosa Sayer
Global law firm DLA Piper welcomes back equity capital markets and merger and acquisition (M&A) lawyer Rosa Sayer as a Special Counsel in its Sydney office.
Rosa, who previously worked at DLA Piper, has advised on several major IPOs, capital raising and M&A transactions in the Australian market.
Rosa has extensive experience advising both Australian and foreign businesses listed on the ASX and other foreign securities exchanges on their capital raising, ASX Listing Rules, corporate governance and Australian securities law matters.
Rosa also advises investment banks and corporate advisory firms on their roles acting as lead managers and underwriters for capital markets transactions.

Rosa joins DLA Piper on Monday, 31 March 2025. Her appointment follows the recent partner hires of M&A lawyer David Holland and finance lawyer David Kirkland, who joined the firm in February 2025 and January 2025, respectively.
