In Saudi Arabia, her focus includes corporate and international tax, transfer pricing, VAT, and real estate taxes. She has significant experience in transfer pricing, having supported clients across diverse sectors—such as consumer goods, retail, construction, transport, and pharmaceuticals—in setting their TP policies, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and in managing disputes.
In the UAE, Raneem’s practice centers on private wealth management and corporate reorganizations, involving both mainland and free zone entities. She advises GCC-based and foreign multinationals on structuring and managing their investments, from initial planning through to exit strategies.
Raneem holds an MSc in Taxation from the University of Oxford and remains actively engaged in academic pursuits. She is an avid reader, continuously deepening her understanding of tax across legal, economic, and social dimensions.
