György G. Boros is a Counsel at DLA Piper Hungary and leads the firm's Debt Capital Markets service stream in Hungary.

He advises clients on structured finance transactions, including acquisition and project financings, and has extensive experience in capital markets transactions, including Eurobond issuances, domestic and cross-border secured bond offerings, and private placements. His clients include financial institutions, fund managers, bondholders and borrowers across the real estate, energy and financial sectors.

Before joining DLA Piper Hungary, György gained experience at leading Hungarian law firms and an international law firm.
