Lindsey advises US- and foreign-based multinationals on a broad range of domestic and international tax matters, including post-acquisition planning and integration, pre-divestiture carve outs, utilization of foreign tax credits and other attributes, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and legal entity rationalization. She works closely with US and foreign tax, corporate, IP and transfer pricing experts to design and implement tailored transactions to achieve client goals.
Lindsey advises clients across various sectors, including technology, consumer, biotechnology, and financial services.
Outside of her practice, Lindsey actively supports pro bono causes by assisting tax-exempt and non-profit organizations with entity formations, dissolutions and structuring. She is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and participates in the firm’s Leadership Alliance for Women (LAW).
