DLA Piper advises RET10 on the acquisition of a nursing home in northern Bavaria for EUR27 million
DLA Piper advised investment company RET10 on the acquisition of an inpatient care facility with attached day care in northern Bavaria for EUR27 million. With this successful acquisition, RET10 has fully invested its real estate fund Eternity.
The real estate fund Eternity, with a total volume of EUR350 million, was aimed exclusively at institutional investors. It pursues a classic buy-and-hold strategy in the residential and care segment with a focus on a stable distribution yield. RET10 continues to grow not only with regards to its products, but also on the corporate side. In the future, the investment structures that have been built up will also be accessible to external investors, who will be able to benefit from the investment company's integrated and technology-driven processes.
RET10 is an interdisciplinary investment company with a focus on real estate and private equity. Headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, the company was founded in 2019 by Leroy Marks and Martin Lenhart and currently manages assets totaling EUR500 million.
