DLA Piper advises Edemsa on the Issuance of Class 3 and Class 5 Notes

DLA Piper advised Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad de Mendoza S.A. (Edemsa), a leading electricity distributor, on the issuance of Class 3 and Class 5 Notes.

The Notes were issued under the Issuer's Global Program for the Issuance of Non-Convertible Notes for a maximum outstanding amount of up to US$400 million (or its equivalent in other currencies and/or units of value or measure).

Edemsa will use the net proceeds from the issuance of the Notes to invest in infrastructure projects, including, but not limited to, the development and implementation of the Issuer’s investment plan, working capital, and general corporate purposes.

The DLA Piper team that advised Edemsa included partner Alejandro Nobila and associates Federico Vieyra and Mariana Carbajo (all of Buenos Aires).
