Harrison Park represents companies in high stakes disputes concerning user data, data breaches, and other novel issues that arise from the use or deployment of innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, voice recognition, biometrics, and internet tracking pixels. Harrison regularly defends companies facing civil liability for alleged disclosures of personally identifiable information, and has helped companies achieve favorable resolutions when they faced claims involving millions of users and billions of damages in exposure.

Harrison is CIPP-US, CIPP-E, CIPM, and CIPT certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and was previously recognized as a Westin Scholar by the IAPP due to his passion for privacy issues.

Aside from his legal practice, Harrison is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion within the legal industry. He previously served as a co-chair of the Mentorship Committee of the Korean American Bar Association of Northern California, where he led a mentorship program of 100+ law students and attorneys.
