Yoko Takagi

Yoko Takagi is a partner in the Corporate department of DLA Piper's Spain office. She has extensive experience in corporate and finance transactions including domestic and international capital markets transactions.

Her practice focuses on corporate transactions (e.g. acquisitions, divestments, financings etc.) advising industrial clients, funds of all types (e.g. private equity, sovereign, infrastructure funds) and financial institutions. Yoko has extensive experience in advising listed companies, both in equity transactions (e.g. IPOs, IPOs, privatisations, private placements, accelerated capital increases, IPOs, rights issues, ADRs, etc.) and debt transactions (e.g. high yield, project bonds, green bonds, etc.), both on the issuers‘ side and on the underwriters’ and underwriters' side. She also has experience advising managers, boards of directors in relation to corporate governance issues, public offerings, policy development and ESG compliance in general.
