DLA Piper advises PORR on the sale of shares in Stal-Service in Poland

DLA Piper has advised PORR, one of the leading construction companies in Europe, on the sale of all its shares in Stal-Service to Celsa Huta Ostrowiec, steel plant in Poland of almost 200 years of experience in steel products manufacturing.

PORR is an international construction group established over 150 years ago. The group has been represented in Poland by its own subsidiary since 1993. PORR's core business areas are infrastructure, cubature and railroad construction, as well as construction engineering, power construction and hydrotechnical construction.

Stal-Service is a producer reinforcing steel delivered to domestic and foreign markets with customers in Poland, Sweden, the Czech Republic, and Norway.
