Jannik Becker LL.M.

Jannik Becker is a German Certified Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) and advises on all aspects of domestic and international tax law. 

He focuses on providing ongoing and project-related advice to national and international corporate groups. In particular, he advises in the area of international tax law including transfer pricing and the taxation of permanent establishments. Another area of focus is providing tax advice in connection with (cross-border) M&A and private equity transactions, as well as reorganizations. 

He also provides advice on tax audits and tax litigation.
