Hunter Boyett's practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, joint ventures and recapitalizations. He also advises clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Hunter has counseled public, private and emerging companies, as well as financial investors, across a range of industries in negotiating and executing acquisitions and dispositions, including public and private company mergers, stock and asset deals, and carve outs.

In addition, Hunter has extensive experience navigating healthcare regulatory issues, including the Corporate Practice of Medicine, the Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute, and leverages this expertise in structuring healthcare M&A, joint ventures and compliance sensitive investments.

Pro Bono

Hunter provides pro bono legal services to veterans through the Serving Those Who Have Served program. Hunter organizes monthly events whereby he connects members of the DLA community with veterans seeking pro bono legal services.
