Iain provides advice on commercial contracts for a variety of clients across a range of jurisdictions, with a particular focus on the Life Sciences, Media, Sport and Entertainment and Consumer Goods, Food and Retail sectors.

Ian also has direct experience of working with in-house legal teams and key business functions, having undertaken secondments with certain DLA Piper clients, advising them on commercial contracts, data protection, intellectual property, and compliance work.
